Laurie Simons, M.A.
Laurie has had extensive experience as a child development specialist and parent counselor and is certified as a Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) provider. Along with her husband, Terry Sterrenberg, she has a video production company called Educational Videos Plus, and has produced numerous documentary films. Laurie is the author of Taking No for an Answer and other Skills Children Need, as well as manuals for teachers, parents, and communities. Laurie and Terry enjoyed writing The Gatherings screenplay together, and they both have a passion for bringing "Co-Creating Desired Futures" to everyone.

Terry Sterrenberg, M.S.W.
Terry is a retired Gottman Method couples counselor, and filmmaker. Together with his wife, Laurie Simons, he has produced multiple documentary films, including The Healthcare Movie; Now is the Time: Healthcare for Everybody; and The Dream We Choose.

Together, Terry and Laurie designed and produced the Community Wealth cooperative board game, and most recently they have co-authored the screenplay The Gatherings. Terry's dream is that the phrase "Co-Creating Desired Futures" becomes ubiquitous, as people gather to create something wonderful together.
Rosa Zubizarreta-Ada, Ph.D.
Rosa’s calling is to help develop our societal capacity for transforming friction and conflict into creative energy and systemic insights. Trained as an organization development consultant, one of Rosa’s practices is Dynamic Facilitation. Author of the DF manual From Conflict to Creative Collaboration, she teaches this collaborative sense-making process internationally.
